Also go away...

Dear Germany,

Stop showing me annoying couples making out EVERYWHERE. Yes, maybe that's acceptable here, but I find your people's constant groping and tongue-slinging rather irritating and disgusting. I am tired of pretending to be interested in other things because your citizens are standing in front of me making out when all I really want to do is ask them a question or simply get past them. In the future, a warning: I am going to stare at your people angrily until they stop and then give them a disapproving look, regardless of the cultural consequences.

Thanks for hearing me out, Deutschland.

Kind (but annoyed) regards,
Amanda

Hey,
I'm sorry, I couldn't find the post again about the Oktoberfest again:D.
So, I hope you haven't changed your plans yet and you still want to come! I'm already in Hungary now (got a blog zu by the way, just to practise your German ;) http://lea-lost-in-hungary.blogspot.com/), but it's definite, that I will come back probably till Tuesday, since I have to move out of my appartment. Sry, this does not make any sense, what I was going to say is: it will probably be impossible to find any place to stay at now, because people start booking their hotel in the winter. Mh.. I would love to let you stay at my place, but my parents will be there and it would be kinda hard to put them AND drunk Americans into my appartment ;) have you looked for youth hostels or anything? I will ask some friends of mine, if you could stay there for the weekend, but I can't promise.. mh.. let me think some, maybe I can find something :)
aaah, this is so exciting! it'd be soo cool to meet you!!
PS: sorry, about the making out..^^

Lots of lip locking, huh? ;) Sorry (and amused) to hear that. I wonder if you'll adjust and if so what NOT seeing that sort of thing all over the place in America will be like for you...

Oh awkward couples...

They seemed to be all over the place when I was there - soooooo uncomfortable to watch!
